Founder, Beaumont Executive Search
Carole L. Weintraub is the president of Beaumont Executive Search, a Philadelphia-based company that provides national, executive-level employment services. She is a graduate of Villanova University and The American University, and she holds Birkman certification for organizational management.
Since 1987, Carole has specialized in finding C-level candidates — including information technology professionals and high-level managers with technical and business expertise — for placement within national and international corporations and private equity firms. She was a longtime managing partner of a boutique search firm specializing in supplying executives and IT technologists to Fortune 500 companies and private equity firms.
“I love what I do, because I’m providing a real service for organizations and individuals who are serious about conducting a search," she says. "I help candidates who very much want to see an improvement in their lives, and I help organizations that want only the best candidates. I enjoy networking; I enjoy building bridges and making connections."

A certified consultant credentialed by the National Association of Personnel Consultants, Carole is a trained executive career coach who works with individuals on interviewing techniques, resume writing, salary negotiating and self-marketing.
Additionally, she provides outsourcing planning services for companies considering offshoring all or part of their IT organizations.
Carole provides temporary staffing services on an as-needed basis.

Carole is a member of many trade and professional organizations, including The Union League of Philadelphia; Recruiting Professionals Network; Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM); Philadelphia Alliance for Capital and Technologies; Beacon (formerly GPSEG), Corporate Recruiters; and the Forum of Executive Women, where she is the chairwoman of their Public Sector Committee.
She is a member of the advisory board of Career Wardrobe; a board member of Tarbell; a board member of the American Jewish Committee; and was a partner and board member of the former BizTech Consulting. Carole has provided volunteer assistance to Interfaith Hospitality Network of the Main Line by helping temporarily homeless adults learn how to create a resume and look for work. She also offers volunteer assistance for returning veterans in the Philadelphia area by coaching them in resume writing, interviewing and securing a job.
Most recently, Carole joined the International Visitors’ Bureau, a division of the State Department that hosts foreign dignitaries who visit the Philadelphia area.
